Really nice person to deal with. He really knows what he is doing. I recommend this place to anyone who has a boot, shoe, belt , and hat situation that needs to be dealt with .

Great job replacing the lifts on my expensive boots. They polished them as well and they now look brand new. I was most impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his wife. They both greeted me when I walked in, had a nice conversation and it was so genuine that I was taken aback. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Bad communication. Reasonable work and price. Overall I did not have a good experience.Took leather boots to have a zipper replaced - this process took nearly 40 days and I had to constantly call and ask for updates. I was told my boots were ready for pickup over the phone at least twice, but when I showed up they were not ready. I had to verbalize my dissatisfaction the second time, and the next day the boots were ready. The workmanship was fine, but lacked attention to detail (bottom portion of zipper is loose, zipper pull not also replaced.)The price was fair, and the boots were cleaned up and lightly polished which was good.

I recently used the seamstress who works here. She repaired a leather bag and leather wallet and made an excellent job of it. She also altered a pair of trousers, same day, for just a few pounds. Moreover, when I called at 4.55pm to say I was on my way, she stayed behind after closing to wait for me to collect the trousers, knowing that I had really needed to collect them that day. Fantastic seamstress!!

Amazing work. My dog had chewed the top of my blundstones off. They were the only ones willing to work on blundstones. You can’t even tell they were fixed. They look like right from the store. Amazing work and price was very fair

Okay, but I wouldn't suggest bringing anything expensive/luxury. I brought multiple items here, and none of them left looking better. One item left looking worse.
